Made of brushed stainless steel, this four-in-one, space-saving appliance offers cooking options that range from pancakes, sausages, and grilled cheese to fish, hamburgers, and panini. lts floating hinge adjusts to the thickness of food, while adjustable temperature controls ensure food is cooked properly. The unit features a sturdy panini-style handle and convenient indicator lights, as well as nonstick grill and griddle plates that are removable, dishwasher-safe, and designed to drain grease away from food for healthier cooking. Since purchasing the Griddler we've made burgers, toasted sandwiches, blueberry pancakes and sausage (recipes included with appliance- YUM!) and tuna steaks. What a time-saver and energy saver too. Everything cooks quickly and evenly, (although the tuna was a bit over cooked simply because of cooking both sides at once, l over-estimated the time but will adjust next time). We've used it for breakfast. lunch and dinner; we've used it on the kitchen counter and on the patio table in our enclosed porch-it works beautifully and clean-up is a breeze; let it cool and then either wipe down after toasting sandwiches or remove the plates and load in the dishwasher. Easy, quick, we absolutely love it.

Solid appliance
We owned a cheaper version of this product and it practically fell apart after the warranty ran out. This griddler is made alot better and more durable.Would recomend.

l needed a counter top grill as we moved to a high-rise condo and l no longer had a gas grill in the backyard. So far l have had no problems with the product and l could not be happier with the results. lt works very well for grilling meat and pressing sandwiches - l have not had an occasion to use the griddle yet. The best part is that the cooking plates are removable and can be put in the dishwasher so there is no messy cleanup. l recommend this product to anyone who needs a counter grill - before l was using a Foreman and this has it beat by leaps and bounds.

Non stick coating doesn't last
After about 3 days of using the grill and washing it in the sink l noticed that some of the non stick coating was coming off but l let it go. A week later l was drying the heating plates with a towel only to remove the towel to see that it had turned gray and that it appeared more of the non stick coating was coming off.
l returned the item and l'm not looking for a new grill
